Re: Random Conversation I
I was really happy with my results, I got an ATAR of 91.7 (with 99.95 being the highest you can get)
Re: Random Conversation I
Happy New Year everybody! Haven't been around in a while but my heart was never too far away from F1Zone. Here's hoping that:
(1) you all experience a fantabulous 2012 in every aspect of your personal life;
(2) we get a massively awesome F1 season, and that it won't look settled in any way or form before the final rounds;
(3) that F1Zone.net keeps racking up the awesome, as it has for the couple years I've been here.
Cheers

Anyone else following the Republican US presidential primaries?

Re: Random Conversation I
It's not the party I'd like to see winning this election, but I'm glad that at least Bachman is out of the race.cformula1 wrote: Anyone else following the Republican US presidential primaries?

Yep, I'm keeping a close eye on proceedings here. I'm not happy with who they've got running, but pretty much anybody's better than Obama right now if my humble opinion.cformula1 wrote:

Obama has (from my perspective) done an alright job with the shambles that George W Bush handed him.Ferrariman60 wrote:Yep, I'm keeping a close eye on proceedings here. Of the candidates, I prefer Jon Huntsman, with Ron Paul and Mitt Romney both decent candidates. Rick Perry is a bit too conservative for my liking, as is Newt Gingrich. And Rick Santorum's Iran policy (bomb their nuclear reactors) would surely start World War III.

Re: Random Conversation I
@CF1
I personally think that the US has had a very arrogant foreign policy stance in the last 50 years. The country took it upon itself to enter into other sovereign nations and overthrow governments for the purposes of "spreading democracy." The most recent involvement in Libya for example, in that situation, I saw no reason for the United States or any other nation to become involved with what was occuring there unless it posed a threat to another sovereign state. I firmly believe that a lot of the enemies America has made are a result of American involvement in situations that were not its business to begin with.
Therefore, Ron Paul is the guy I'd most like to see elected, but the establishment dictates that he's a "radical" and as such, he doesn't have half a chance.

R.I.P Megaupload.
Re: Random Conversation I
Megaupload's creator "Kim Schmitz" is not that innocent. He has been previously convicted for scamming and stealing goods.Alonso2005 wrote:R.I.P Megaupload.
