For me Panis in Canada 97 or Montermini in Spain 94.Katayama in Portugal 1995 was huge aswell!

Has to be Kubica in 2007. Insane crash. I am lucky enough to never witness a fatality in F1 as i started watching in 1996

Kubica in Canada 2007. I seriously thought he was dead.
Another bad one that happened recently and I haven't seen in this thread is Massa's, still in Canada, I believe it was 2004 or so. That had a bad angle too. Nothing compared to Kubica's though.

I remember watching Kubica crash live on TV. I saw the cameras cut to the car as it was flipping over and I just gasped. I seriously thought he was dead. I was so relieved to hear that he only had relatively minor injures. Certainly one of the worst crashes I have seen in my F1 tenure, as well as Kovalainen's at Spain 2008 and Massa's accident in Hungary 2009.
